How do I delete a logged food item?
To delete a food item, first tap on the meal you logged the food item under. Then swipe to the left on the food item you wish to delete. A red delete button will appear to the right of the food item, tap this to delete the food item.
How can I track my weight loss?
To enter a new current weight, simply tap on the green plus button at the bottom of the screen. Select any meal time and from the Add screen tap on the Track Weight row (6th from the top), then you can enter in your current weight, BMI and body fat %.
Is MyBites a monthly subscription?
No, MyBites is a paid application with a one-time fee, we do not charge you after the initial purchase unlike many of our competitors.

How is my Apple Health App data used?
We respect your privacy. We do not view, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any of your health data obtained through Apple’s Health App. If you choose to do so, you may integrate our apps with Apple’s Health App to allow data sharing between the two. Integration is entirely optional and you can revoke this access at any time.
